Armed Security Officer State Department

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a transportation location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and/or critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to the appropriate personnel when needed;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, roadways, buildings, and perimeter locations, with working environments and conditions varying by site;
Monitor access points, screen for unauthorized activity, and report suspicious behavior, unattended items, hazards, and/or policy violations to help support orderly operations;
Prepare accurate activity logs, incident reports, and/or evidence documentation, and assist public agencies and first responders during investigations, emergencies, and transportation-related disruptions
