Overview

Horizon School Division is committed to engaging and empowering all learners and prioritizes strong instruction, response to intervention, and wellness. Warner School is an Early Learning—grade 12 school located approximately 69 km south of Lethbridge, Alberta. Our 14 staff provide a service to approximately 110 students.

Hours of work:
Monday 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with occasional weekdays for staff professional development. The position commences August 27, 2026.

• Plan and deliver a high-quality, engaging Early Learning Program every Monday throughout the school year.
• Collaborate with school staff to align learning goals and support overall student growth.
• Recognize and accommodate the diverse individual needs of many different learners, ensuring every child feels supported and included.
• Foster a positive, fun, and nurturing first school experience that builds foundational skills and excitement for kindergarten.

• Strong understanding of early childhood development and learning strategies.
