As an IT Customer Support II, you will deliver advanced technical support to a diverse range of users. Responsibilities include addressing issues with computing devices, printers, and desktop applications with a focus on customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with colleagues throughout Alberta and tackle complex technical problems that may require escalation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide deskside technical support at Chinook Regional Hospital
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding technical issues
• Resolve hardware and software problems for AHS personnel
• Investigate and escalate complex technical challenges
• Maintain confidentiality and high customer service standards
Requirements:
• Certificate in Computer Support or equivalent
• Class 5 driver's license required
• Minimum 2 years deskside experience preferred
• Customer service skills in a healthcare environment are an asset
• Ability to perform criminal record checks
Support your clients by resolving IT challenges efficiently and effectively at AHS in Southern Alberta.
