ROLE SALARY BAND

$25 hourly rate (Commitment of 40 hours of work) with monthly bonus ranging from $500-$2500 / month

ROLE OVERVIEW

We're seeking highly motivated and tech-savvy field representatives who are interested in a quick pathway to team leadership. We’re looking for candidates who are passionate about providing value to homeowners and neighbourhoods. High-performing reps can expect to follow a pathway to promotion as a Field / Team Lead, with the alternative option of rotating through pro calling and B2B tech sales training to further their development.

As a member of the team, you'll be reporting to the Field Lead. Your job will be re-engaging and introducing Quartermaster to homeowners in neighbourhoods across the Greater Toronto Area. This is a full-time role requiring you to live in the GTA and commit to 40 hours per week.

Please note that initial training will be held in the office, with door-knocking kicking off in March.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Work with the Community Team and other stakeholders to drive homeowner and community acquisition within GTA communities via knocking on doors
  • Leverage existing sales initiatives in communities to educate homeowners on the benefits of Quartermaster
  • Be a Product Expert - keep up to date with new product releases and features and act as a resource for the team and our customers
  • Accurately enter and track data, ensuring you're following team process
  • Engage with homeowners and successfully execute homeowner deliveries to further engage the neighbourhood
  • Build toward advanced sales exposure, with top performers eligible to rotate through pro calling and B2B tech sales training
