Position: Patient Service Representative (PSR)- Muti Specialty- Libertyville
Advocate Health Care -  - Responsibilities:
Greet and accurately register patients in the EMR system with verified billing and demographic information.;
Coordinate scheduling of patient appointments (phone and in-person) efficiently.;
Answer multiple incoming phone lines and route inquiries to the appropriate staff.;
Enter patient charges into the EMR and balance encounter forms per policy.;
Maintain medical records and confidentiality, ensuring charts are available for appointments.
