Responsibilities

As a Production Supervisor, you are the vital link between strategic goals and daily execution. You will lead a dedicated hourly team, fostering an environment where they can do their best work and feel empowered.

  • Driving Operational Excellence: Lead a team that consistently produces high‑quality products and meets or exceeds production targets. Take ownership of team performance and celebrate successes.

  • Data‑Driven Decision Making: Use data and insights to reduce downtime and quality defects, track and report time and attendance, and transform raw data into actionable intelligence.
  • Continuous Improvement & Quality Assurance: Focus relentlessly on eliminating inefficiencies, improving processes, driving innovation, and maintaining rigorous quality standards.
  • Conflict Resolution & Interpersonal Relationships: Mediate conflicts, build positive relationships with team, union, suppliers, and management, and foster a psychologically safe environment.
  • Accountability & Fairness: Manage your own performance and that of the hourly workforce, ensure accountability, and meet conflicts with decisive action.
  • Collaboration: Listen to and value perspectives of all team members and stakeholders, partner with them continuously to improve.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3–7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodology and/or Military Decision‑Making Process (MDMP).

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $84,480 to $141,360. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
