AE - Brand Ambassador; Sales Associate

Your Role

As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day, providing every customer with an amazing shopping experience and representing our company values.

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests and help them find exactly what they’re looking for with a friends first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and recommend suitable items.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Adapt to different store zones, flexing between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist teammates and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Act with integrity and follow all AEO policies and procedures.

• You love interacting with people.
• You are energetic and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• You are available to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have prior retail experience.
• You are at least 16 years old.
