Multi- Branch Customer Service Specialist

This position works closely with commercial paint customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin‑Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Service Specialists will resolve concerns, maintain quality standards, and meet sales goals. The role requires contact with customers, access to cash, electronic equipment, and store merchandise, and the Company may conduct a criminal history review for safety and protection reasons.

Store #1808, 572 W Market St, Lima, OH 45801 (within a 30‑mile radius of this address).

• Provide excellent customer service and sales support in person and over the phone.
• Build trust relationships with wholesale customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately according to company policy.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate work order files and inventory records.
• Pull and restock products from the sales floor and warehouse.
• Mix and tint paint to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves, set up displays, clean store equipment, and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Keep areas in an in‑stock and presentable condition.
• Stay knowledgeable about products and discuss available options.
• Follow inventory control procedures and suggest sales improvements.

• At least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service.
• Experience selling paint or paint‑related products.
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
• Ability to communicate in more than one language.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish.
