Position Overview

Join our team as a Retail Merchandiser where you will be responsible for managing product placement in grocery and other large volume stores. This role involves physically intensive tasks, including stocking shelves, rotating products, and building eye-catching displays.

• Merchandise products in store shelves, coolers, and displays for optimal visibility.
• Rotate stock both in the backroom and on shelves to ensure freshness.
• Transport products from backroom to selling areas efficiently.
• Utilize equipment like U Boats and hand trucks for product movement.
• Implement promotional displays such as signage and banners.
• Maintain an organized and tidy stockroom to streamline inventory management.
• Communicate effectively with store managers and Pepsi Co management regarding store operations.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with store personnel.
• Adhere to company procedures for inventory tracking and management.
• Provide excellent service and support to customers.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-management skills.
• Utilize handheld devices for ordering and inventory tracking.
• Ensure consistent attendance and punctuality at work.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Pass a physical capabilities test (if applicable).
• Have a reliable personal vehicle for transport between multiple store locations.
• Hold a valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance.

• Background in retail or grocery environments, with understanding of store operations.
• Experience with moving products around in a store effectively and safely.
• Skills in merchandising, including shelf stocking and display creation.
• Experience in managing backroom inventory efficiently.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle inquiries or complaints.

This position requires physical stamina, as it involves lifting and carrying products weighing up to 45 pounds.
