Position: Assistant Store Manager (Full-time) - Lima, OH
Hibbett Sports -  - Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of the store and implementing action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling;
Assume responsibility for the entire store in the Store Manager's absence;
Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments;
Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met and monitor inventory movement and customer trends;
Produce extraordinary customer service and promote merchandise per company policies
