Our hourly pay is tailored to your experience and local market, and we’re happy to discuss this during your interview. You’ll receive weekly paychecks, giving you financial stability and peace of mind.

We offer three health insurance plans for you after 60 days of employment to choose from, including a Low Cost plan, Account/High Deductible plan and a PPO plan. In addition, we provide a range of supplemental insurances such as vision, dental, and additional life insurance options.

After 60 Days of Employment, you’ll receive 8 paid holidays, 2 personal days, vacation days [first year = 3 days (prorated), second year = 10 days, 3+ years = you earn 1 day extra for each year (caps at 5 weeks)].

As a technician, you’ll receive a $1000 sign‑on bonus when you join our team at Kirk Nationa Lease.

Get a monthly technician bonus based on your productivity with no cap on earnings. The bonus is determined by criteria such as productivity, monthly hours, and billing. For instance, if you bill out $1500 over the monthly goal with 168 hours in the month, you’ll earn a bonus of $420 for that month.

We invest in our technicians through our paid training program designed to guide them towards obtaining their ASE Master Certifications. The program takes about 2 years to complete and at the end, you will have all needed OE and KNL certifications. It involves computer learning via our LMS, hands‑on training by our regional trainers, monthly training seminars, and OE and Kirk NL testing.

Kirk Nationa Lease is a privately owned fleet solutions company specializing in truck, trailer, and bus repair, hiring experienced Diesel/Trailer Mechanics to join our full‑service shop.

You’ll be running the day‑to‑day operations of the shop, making sure repairs are done safely, on time, and meet our standards. You’ll manage and support a team of diesel technicians, assign work, keep track of workflow, and communicate with drivers and customers about job status.

While it’s primarily a leadership role, there will be times when you will have to jump in on the floor to help with diagnostics or repairs, especially during busy periods. Experience is required.
