The Programme Manager will have experience in a business operations or operational role. The Programme Manager will have an IT or Financial background with strong commercial understanding. The Programme Manager will be responsible for leading operations and continuous improvement in the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Implementation of key business processes, management KPIs and lead the business in terms of delivery and performance of the teams.
* Drive business performance and collaborate with senior management related to leadership, organisational goals and business performance.
* Lead and coordinate management reporting and operations reviews within the business.
* Provide hands-on root cause analysis and problem solving to direct activities.
* Ensure continuous improvement across the business.
* Ownership of the key deal bid review process
* Provide insight to complex situations and carefully analyse situations
Qualifications & Experience
* Must hold a Bachelors Degree
* Must hold 7 - 10 years experience in the technology industry performing business operations and programme management
* Ability to work with an international team
* Have excellent negotiation skills
* Financial Acumen
* Project Management qualification / Prince II or PMI
* The role will entail 30% travel
