We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented FCC/RF Licensing and RF Path Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role primarily focuses on FCC/RF licensing activities while offering growth opportunities in RF path analysis and design.
Primary Responsibilities- Support FCC-related licensing, renewals, modifications, and regulatory documentation.
- Assist with spectrum coordination and compliance activities for wireless and microwave systems.
- Interface with internal engineering, legal teams, and external vendors as necessary.
- Support project coordination activities, including asset and installation tracking.
- Act as a technical coordination point between engineering and field technicians during deployment activities.
- Facilitate execution and issue resolution through clear communication and cross-team coordination.
- Learn and assist with RF path analysis (microwave/point-to-point).
- Support path feasibility reviews, basic link budgets, and design validation.
- Contribute to documentation and engineering artifacts as skills develop.
- Experience with FCC/RF licensing and regulatory processes.
- Background in telecom, wireless, or microwave network environments.
- Strong documentation skills, attention to detail, and regulatory rigor.
- Exposure to RF path analysis or microwave design tools.
- Willingness and aptitude to learn RF path engineering concepts.
- Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams.

The base salary range for this position is $36.64/hr - $59.5/hr plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
