• Act as the on‑site project leader to plan, implement, and complete control systems projects for assigned customers
• Design hardware, program systems, coordinate installation, perform commissioning, and close out projects
• Manage project finances, including costs, billings, collections, and pursuing change orders
• Communicate with customers throughout all phases of the project to ensure satisfaction and compliance
• Provide leadership and direction to subcontractors, installers, technicians, designers, and administrative staff
• Ensure all work complies with state, local, and federal legal requirements and the company's safety and ethics standards
• Oversee procurement, ordering, budgeting, and delivery of materials and subcontractors
• Coordinate hardware installations, device verifications, and system controller commissioning
• Prepare accurate as‑built and commissioning documentation
• Mentor and provide technical assistance to system technicians, electrical installers, and system designers
• Report project status, revenue, and profit forecasts to management on a monthly basis
• Send warranty letters and ensure proper warranty execution after project completion
• Develop project plans, coordinate resources, and maintain long‑term relationships with contractors, clients, and consultants
• Adhere to safety standards and promote high regard for employee and subcontractor safety

• Technical associate’s degree with at least two years of field experience or four years of related field experience
• Experience in Access Control, Fire, Video, and/or systems design and commissioning
• Valid licensing, certifications, and relevant hands‑on experience
• Demonstrated ability to work independently

• Strong personal computer skills
• Knowledge of control theory and HVAC systems
• Knowledge of project accounting, costing principles, and contracting

Salary range: $82,000 – $106,000. Bonus plan based on individual, group, and corporate performance. Competitive benefits package as listed above.
