We are looking for a Customer Support Agent with High Level of German and an Excellent level of English. This person will be responsible for providing information on the booking modalities, rebookings, cancellations and take care of the remaining concerns of the travelers.
Your main objective will be to improve the customer experience by assisting with their travel arrangements:
Your tasks will be the following:
- You will handle queries in both German and English;
- You will have communication with the customers on Calls, mails and live chat
- You will handle special requests;
- You will manage reservations;
