As a Customer Service Representative with a Native/High Level of German your main function will be to support and improve customer satisfaction. During your day to day:
- You will deliver the best service and support customers by phone in the desired language.
- You will give information, solutions and counseling on the offered products/services, not only for existing customers but also, for potential new ones.
- You will update all new customers' requests in the company's software.
- You will maintain positive customer relationships through a responsible treatment of each contact always looking for new ways of improvement.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You are native or have a high level of German. (mandatory)
- You have at least an intermediate level of English.
- You have experience in Customer Service (preferable).
- You have technological aptitude.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You value reliability and punctuality.
