Position:  Customer support with French, German or Russian, relocation to Portugal o Video Content Analyst Fench
German, French or Russian speakers.
Customer service or video moderator in Portugal (RELOCATION to Lisbon).
You would be providing support via phone, chat and email to the users of one of the most popular world video streaming platforms.

Position Requirements
High School,   Less than 1 Year work experience
Your profile:
● Fluency in Russian or French (advanced level, ideally native) + fluent English
● EU/UK passport only, unfortunately we can not hire non-EU citizens.
● Customer service/ technical support experience (by phone/email/chat) min 6 mounth obligatory!
Required Language Skills:
  • German - Very good
  • French - Very good
  • Russian - Very good
  • English - Good
Additional Information / Benefits
Salary and benefits:
annual salary gross  from 16100€ (discussed at the interview)
+ Language plus 1320€ (is paid anyway, doesn’t depends on targets)
+ Yearly Bonus (depends on targets)
