We are hiring for our client, a specialist interior and refurbishment main contractor, to appoint an Estimator to their commercial team in Lisburn. This Estimator role is full‑time, office‑based, with occasional travel to London.

Our client delivers high‑end, luxury fit‑out and refurbishment projects across hospitality, commercial, residential and retail sectors. • High‑value, design‑led interior and refurbishment projects
• Exposure to UK‑wide clients with London travel
• Key commercial role within a collaborative team

• Review and assess tender documentation in multiple formats
• Prepare accurate, compliant cost estimates
• Source and analyse subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Assess contractual and supplementary information for commercial risk
• Attend site visits, mid‑tender and post‑tender meetings
• Manage post‑tender queries and follow‑ups
• Provide clear handover details to the operations team

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Estimating role
• Experienced Estimator with main contractor fit‑out exposure
• Main contractor fit‑out experience preferred
• Knowledge of estimating software (Evaluate desirable)
• Strong IT, communication and presentation skills
• Commercially astute and detail‑oriented
• Strong communicator who enjoys stakeholder engagement
• Proactive mindset with strong commercial awareness
