Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and highly organized Virtual Events and Podcast Managerto lead our webinar program and support our podcast. This role sits within the global Brand & Communications team and plays a key role in shaping how Phrase engages with executive and industry audiences through thought‑provoking, high‑quality conversations.

You’ll support the ongoing success of ‘In Other Words’, Phrase’s flagship podcast that connects leaders and innovators for conversations on emerging trends, business transformation, and what’s next for global growth.

Working closely with the Director of Global Brand & Communications, Marketing Comms Manager, Content Manager, and external podcast agency, you’ll be responsible for ensuring each episode addresses timely business challenges and features relevant brands and voices from across industries.

You’ll also own the quarterly webinar calendar and manage all aspects of the global webinar program, from strategy to delivery, ensuring each session drives engagement and reinforces Phrase’s leadership voice. The role also supports key corporate activity including press distribution and reporting, analyst communications support, research projects, campaign support and management of the Brand & Communications Confluence space.

What you’ll be responsible for Virtual Events Program
  • Own the quarterly webinar calendar and deliver webinars end‑to‑end, from topic and speaker planning through live delivery, follow‑up and effectiveness analysis.
  • Collaborate with SMEs, Customer Success, customers, and partners to ensure high‑quality sessions.
  • Partner with the Content Manager to repurpose insights into broader content.
  • Report on webinar performance to improve engagement and relevance.
Podcast Program
  • Manage planning, production, promotion, and performance tracking of the Phrase podcast ‘In Other Words’.
  • Research and validate guests, and develop episode themes and questions aligned with current business and technology trends.
  • Engage with the Director of Brand and Comms and internal stakeholders to shape narratives aligned with Phrase’s strategic themes while keeping each conversation focused on guest insights and audience value.
  • Coordinate with the Brand & Communications team and podcast agency to develop and execute promotional plans that maximize episode reach and engagement.
Corporate Communications Support
  • Distribute press releases to key localization media, maintain lists. Track and report on coverage and reach of newswire releases, editorial bylines and brand mentions.
  • Identify, research, and track relevant external speaking opportunities for Phrase executives and SMEs across podcasts, webinars, and events, and share recommendations with Director, Brand and Communications.
  • Support analyst communications through the creation and management of the analyst newsletter and upkeep of the analyst contact list.
