Our client, a leading innovator in medical technology, is seeking a Systems Engineer to join their team. As a Systems Engineer, you will be part of the Electrophysiology Systems Engineering department supporting the development of advanced cardiac mapping and ablation systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
  • Contribute to the technical and business strategy for major system‑level programs, understanding the software development lifecycle.
  • Design, develop, and troubleshoot innovative products specific to cardiac mapping and ablation using multidisciplinary engineering knowledge.
  • Provide leadership in system engineering and take ownership of project success from concept to launch.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Clinical Engineering, and Key Opinion Leaders to develop design input requirements based on user and business needs.
  • Communicate project status, technical presentations, and program reviews to senior management and stakeholders.
What's Needed?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field with 7+ years of experience in complex electrical hardware, software, and signal‑processing systems.
  • Proven ability to solve complex engineering problems and mentor other engineers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging at multiple organizational levels.
  • Experience working in fast‑paced, dynamic environments, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards such as IEC 60601 and related electrical hardware regulations.
