• 3+ years of HVAC pipe detailing/ modeling experience
• Certification from a recognized Revit training facility is preferred
• Knowledge of sheet metal and plumbing systems
• Knowledge of structural steel and construction as applies to drawing and modeling a building with an emphasis on BIM coordination
• Able to manage workload under own initiative and maintain project and fabrication schedules
• Able to contribute in-design review process and offer value engineering solutions
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks
• Excellent knowledge of blueprint reading
• Excellent knowledge of drafting standards
