- 3+ years of HVAC pipe detailing/ modeling experience
- Certification from a recognized Revit training facility is preferred
- Knowledge of sheet metal and plumbing systems
- Knowledge of structural steel and construction as applies to drawing and modeling a building with an emphasis on BIM coordination
- Able to manage workload under own initiative and maintain project and fabrication schedules
- Able to contribute in-design review process and offer value engineering solutions
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks
- Excellent knowledge of blueprint reading
- Excellent knowledge of drafting standards
