Avionics Design Engineer
Location:
Littleton, CO. This role requires onsite presence, no telework.
- Lead development of the Destruct Initiation Unit for the avionics flight termination subsystem.
- Develop functional and physical electronics architectures for flight avionics.
- Lead electrical schematics and guide board layouts.
- Develop electronics worst case analysis (eWCA).
- Perform card-level and box-level testing.
- Work on a cross-functional team in development and integration of world-class avionics systems.
- 8+ years of professional experience in aerospace electronics with a Bachelor of Science or higher in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience in missile or space electrical package qualification methods.
- Experience in different phases of aerospace hardware development cycle.
- Experience interacting with peers, management, and government customers.
- Experience in presentations and in written communication skills.
- Active DoD Secret clearance; US citizenship required.
This position requires a DoD Secret clearance and US citizenship.
