With continued growth in the region and a major new win within the water sector, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support long-term project delivery.

Your new role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of major infrastructure programmes. You will be responsible for:
Preparing and managing cost estimates, budgets and financial reports across the full project lifecycle Monitoring, forecasting and reporting on project costs and programme performance Ensuring value for money and commercial efficiency for clients Liaising with clients, contractors and stakeholders to support smooth project delivery Leading and mentoring junior team members to support their development Administering NEC and other contract forms to maintain commercial control and compliance Managing contract change effectively and collaboratively Providing robust commercial advice to internal and external stakeholders What you’ll need to succeed Proven experience in quantity surveying and commercial management within major infrastructure projects Strong NEC contract experience Professional accreditation (RICS or CICES) preferred Background in consultancy is strongly preferred (contractor-only backgrounds are not being considered).
