Forklift Operator

Blue Arrow is urgently recruiting for a Forklift Operator to join our clients growing re-manufacturing team based in the Llanelli area.

Salary: £14.50ph

Hours of work:
Day shifts 40 hours pw

Contract:

Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

· Responsible for making sure all material movements are carried out in a timely manner, ensuring that production is efficient and to a high standard

· Move, load, unload, and stack goods within warehouses

· Checking deliveries

· Maintaining accurate stock records

· Good knowledge of UK health and safety regulations

· Work efficiently as part of a team

· Maintain a clean and organised working environment

Skills required:

· Proven experience within a factory/ workshop environment

· Sound knowledge of Forklift maintenance and safety checks

· The ability to multitask

· Outstanding time management and communication skills

· Full clean driving license

· RTITB counterbalance License

· Flexibility & self-motivation

· Excellent communication & problem solving skills

Physical Demands:

· Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

· Ability to lift heavy objects.

· Ability to work in a noisy environment
