This position is dedicated to developing educational programs that align with the Saskatchewan curriculum, serving both school groups and the general public. You'll cultivate partnerships with educators and indigenous leaders while leading workshops and training staff to enhance the quality of programming.
Your role will significantly impact how visitors engage with the museum’s offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create engaging education resources for teachers
• Conduct tours that captivate a diverse audience
• Lead art-making and curriculum-based activities for students
• Work with First Nations to design cultural programming
• Coordinate logistics for workshop instructors and classes
Requirements:
• Certificate in Education, Recreation, or related field
• Three years of relevant experience in education or programming
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and audience engagement skills
• Class 5 Driver’s License with clear abstract required
