Your role as AN Office SpecialistAs an Office Specialist for the Sheriff’s Department at Cache County Corp, your daily responsibilities will encompass a variety of essential clerical duties. A typical day in this role may involve filing important documents, assisting the public with inquiries, sorting and distributing mail, and efficiently answering phone calls. You will operate a computer to complete tasks, fill out necessary forms, and compose and type correspondence.
A key responsibility will be managing GRAMA requests, ensuring transparency and compliance in public records management.
To excel as an Office Specialist for the Sheriff’s Department at Cache County Corp, candidates should possess strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with database applications. A minimum of two years of general office experience is required to ensure a solid foundation in administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of working independently while also thriving as a team player.
A genuine desire to learn and develop professionally within our organization is essential. Prior experience with GRAMA requests is a significant advantage. Strong organizational and communication skills, along with attention to detail, will be crucial for success in this dynamic and impactful role.
