Overview

SummaryThe primary responsibilities of this job profile include providing order management services to clients. Tasks include order quoting, processing, fulfilment, review, entry, dispatch & support, payment, etc., and ensuring timely release of orders and fulfillment of pre‑established standards and policies to achieve customer satisfaction. The role monitors and resolves order issues and processing errors and provides training and subject‑matter expertise on the system and process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Learn to use professional concepts.
- Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
- Work on problems of limited scope.
- Follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data for readily obtainable answers.
- Build working relationships internally.
- Generally receive detailed instructions on all work.
- Prefer bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC. Requirements include: identifying ITAR products on the manufacturing floor; recognizing foreign visitors by badge differentiation; following authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); understanding Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; managing vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
