Temp Office Manager

Overview

9 week temp cover, ASAP until end of March. 4 days per week, based onsite - no Fridays. £20ph - £25ph, dependent on experience. This is a fabulous opportunity for an immediately available Office Coordinator/Office Manager to join a very dynamic, fast-paced, and impressive team based in Borough. A forward-thinking tech company with a fun team culture to match! They are seeking a temp to join ASAP, latest Mon 26 Jan, until end of March for a 9 week interim cover.

This role is 4 days per week, Monday-Thursday, onsite every day.

• Managing the office - snacks, coffees, energy drinks, monthly team lunches and orders/deliveries
• Acting as the welcoming face of the office, meeting and greeting any clients/visitors
• Liaising with Ground Floor Reception on facilities/maintenance
• Ad hoc events, office management and other admin responsibilities

• An approachable, confident, bubbly OM with experience in a fast-paced environment (1-2+ years within an Office Manager role)
• Able to make this role your own with little hand holding
• Can work in a fast-paced environment and a fabulous communicator
