Responsibilities
- Job description: Monitor MT4/MT5 and One Zero platforms to ensure stable pricing, liquidity, and order execution. Assist in investigating rejected trades, execution delays, and pricing anomalies using logs and tick data. Support the setup and maintenance of trading instruments, symbol settings, and routing rules. Perform daily operational checks on platform connectivity, LP status, spreads, and execution quality. Prepare and maintain trading reports covering volumes, spreads, and platform performance.
Work closely with Trading, Risk, IT, and Support teams to resolve platform or execution-related issues. Assist with best execution monitoring, regulatory data preparation (Consumer Duty) & transaction reporting.
