Head of Compliance - iGaming - Hybrid

Location: London, UK (Hybrid)

We are a Hong Kong-headquartered financial infrastructure and payments company expanding our European platform and operating capabilities in London.

As part of our next stage of growth, we are hiring experienced leaders across platform architecture, payments product, compliance, and financial crime operations.

We are engaging with experienced leaders in the European fintech ecosystem as part of our long term platform, compliance, and banking expansion strategy.

• Oversee compliance operations across onboarding, KYC, transaction monitoring, and regulatory controls.
• Support regulatory engagement and operational governance initiatives.
• Build scalable compliance processes and operational risk frameworks.
• Partner closely with AML, product, and engineering teams to improve automation and control effectiveness.
• Support European expansion initiatives and new market operating models.

• Strong experience within fintech, payments, EMI, banking, or regulated financial services.
• Deep familiarity with FCA, PSD2, AMLD, and broader European regulatory frameworks.
• Experience leading compliance operations teams within high-growth environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience at regulated fintech companies, payment institutions, or cross-border financial platforms is highly preferred.
