Finance Assistant – Park Hyatt London River Thames

• Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper authorisation and coding
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any invoice discrepancies or queries
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month‑end closing tasks
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to maintain strong working relationships
• Support the Finance team with ad hoc administrative and reporting tasks as required

You will have previous experience working in a Finance Assistant or similar finance role, ideally within a hospitality or service-driven environment. Strong attention to detail, a methodical approach, and familiarity with financial systems and Microsoft Excel are essential.
