  • Assist with hedging position administration and settlement checks
  • Investigate straightforward discrepancies and elevate exceptions promptly
  • Maintain clear, audit‑ready records across internal systems
  • Follow established processes consistently and flag issues when identified

  • Confidence using Excel for reconciliations and data checks
  • Clear written communication and a calm, dependable working style
  • A strong sense of personal accountability for task completion, accuracy, and follow‑through within defined processes
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow into broader responsibility
Mindset & Culture Fit

  • Competitive, disciplined, and results‑oriented
  • Comfortable operating in a high‑standards, feedback‑driven environment
  • Strong ownership mentality and accountability for performance

Within your first 6-12 months, you will:

  • Consistently meet daily accuracy and turnaround KPIs
  • Maintain clean, reliable settlement and ledger data
  • Be trusted to execute defined processes with minimal rework
  • Comfort using existing automation tools and scripts as part of daily settlement and reconciliation processes.
  • Reduce exception volume through strong operational hygiene

  • Structured coaching and ongoing development
  • Clear progression opportunities within a growing back‑office team
Why Join Millbank FX

Millbank FX is built for ambitious individuals who want genuine opportunity, ownership, and earning potential - not simply another sales role.

When you join Millbank FX, you become part of a fast‑growing, high‑performance business where your contribution directly impacts growth.

You won’t be another number inside a large corporate structure or constrained by bureaucracy and outdated systems.

The expectations are high - but so is the opportunity.
