Full Time Junior Administrator needed URGENTLY in London!

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right person to join our busy Education Recruitment Consultancy, located in Canary Wharf, London. This is a permanent role leading to a potential permanent position for the right person in our Compliance/Administration Department.

This role would be best suited for a school leaver or graduate to take on a junior administration role.  If you are looking for Full Time with the scope of gaining experience in education recruitment, then APPLY NOW.

The successful applicant must have a can-do attitude; have excellent focus and the ability to multi-task to complete various administrative tasks by given deadlines. This is a busy work environment and so you need to be an energetic person and a team player.  If you have worked in a similar role before it would be beneficial to your application.

We are seeking a hardworking, committed individual with solid work ethic who can chase documents and collect data simultaneously and be organised! You must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to accurately input data into using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Your duties will include but not be limited to basic admin duties such as photocopying, filing, organising files, answering phone calls. You will ideally be a self-starter who can work with little direction and use his/her own initiative and have confidence to request documents and pick up the phone when needed. 

You will act as support to our sales team and must have outstanding organisational skills and an excellent sense of urgency!

Working Hours are from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm with a 1 hour lunch.  For the right person this role is an immediate start!  This role can progress from a temporary to permanent role for the right candidate!

Pay is £7 per hour plus commission structure on achieving your bonuses
