You’ll be working closely with engineers located both in Switzerland and France, all of them bringing both a high degree of expertise and drive to the table. The team is closely supported by engineers from Dev Ops, due to the infrastructure-heavy nature of the topics being worked on. Something unique about the team is that many members joined Frontify as part of the acquisition of Twic Pics, which brings a deep understanding of the domain to the team and the company.

Beyond your product team, you ll also be part of Frontify s wider PM community — a group of experienced product people who share practices, challenge each other s thinking, and invest in each other s growth.

We re seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to take full product ownership of our media processing and delivery areas of the platform.

Built on the Twic Pics acquisition, we have strong foundations — on-the-fly transformations, responsive delivery, CDN, and AI-powered processing. The opportunity is to go further: match the best-in-class technically, stay native to the brand s workflow that competitors can t replicate, and turn strong infrastructure into a commercially differentiated capability.

• You own the strategic direction and roadmap for our media processing and delivery capabilities; both regarding the user-facing features and the underlying core technologies and infrastructure.
• You identify and validate new opportunities to optimize user and customer value.
• You discover and deliver solutions in close collaboration with your cross-functional product trio, supported by Product Research and Product Marketing.
• You work closely with other teams across the product org to ensure new capabilities being built are adequately reflected in the platform.
• In your first year, you ll be expected to turn a technically strong media delivery foundation into a commercially visible capability — one that earns its place in pricing conversations, accelerates platform adoption, and helps Frontify compete and win in deals where media processing is on the table.

• You can work remotely or hybrid within Switzerland or the UK with access to our office in St. Gallen/London. Choose where to work from that works best for you.
• You have 5+ years of experience in software product management, ideally including ownership of technical, platform, or infrastructure-heavy product areas.
• You're comfortable working on products where customer value depends on deep collaboration with engineering. Topics like APIs, scalability, reliability, performance, architecture, or developer experience don't intimidate you.
• You know how to turn complex platform capabilities into clear, usable products. You care not only about what gets built, but also about packaging, predictability, documentation, rollout, and adoption.
• You have a proven ability to think big and implement small, balancing long-term platform investments with fast delivery of tangible customer value.
• You're strong in ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies. You bring clarity, sound judgment, and momentum, even when the work spans user-facing features, core technology, and infrastructure.
• You're tenacious and driven, and you don't wait to be told what to do. You have a point of view, know how to make trade-offs, and are willing to challenge and be challenged.
