About the Role
We are working with a Global Leader in AI, with a rapidly growing foot‑print of customers and team members. They are looking an experienced Head of AI
. Essential that you will have experience in building a team and a solid technical background.
- Delivering a technical focus on the end‑to‑end architecture and management of data from applications, systems, storage.
- Oversee the development of software programs, algorithms and automated processes that cleanse and evaluate large data sets from multiple disparate sources.
- Work closely across technology and business teams to ensure all data is aggregated appropriately and standards are maintained.
- Implement custom Data/AI solutions that help achieve required goals.
- Select, develop, and evaluate personnel ensuring an effective, efficient, highly productive Data, Business Insights and Reporting team that continuously works to improve knowledge, skills, and capabilities.
- Understand and drive organizational data maturity.
- Improve internal company knowledge of its existing and potential customers through data management, analysis, segmentation, and predictive modelling capabilities.
- Enhance and maintain reporting capabilities across all internal business areas including Sales, Renewals, Services, Technical Support, Marketing, Finance and Products.
- Utilize data to drive strategies that increase performance and efficiency in revenue generation and customer retention.
- Oversee the quantitative analysis of complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources and provide insight to decision-makers.
- Work with department leaders to develop a data‑driven roadmap that meets their business strategies.
- 10+ years of work experience related work experience.
- Masters or PhD degree in data science, mathematics, analytics, engineering, computer science, or related field.
- Technical expertise or working knowledge programming and querying languages, data visualization software.
- Business expertise and/or working knowledge with quote and transactional applications, sales, and service.
- Experience in quantitative analysis, modelling, testing, quality assurance, coding.
- Excellent ability to drive organizational adoption of philosophies, data-driving decision‑making techniques, and overall system implementation.
- Direct experience analysing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
- Excellent at communicating complex findings to clients.
- Ability to track details and meet deadlines of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Great thinker, problem solver and ability to continually learn.
