Location: Greater London

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the delivery of digital products and transformation initiatives across a portfolio of well-known media brands. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong analytical capability, Agile delivery experience, and close collaboration with Product, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders in a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, analyse, and evaluate existing business processes and user needs across multiple products and brands
  • Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements, ensuring clear scope and defined objectives
  • Support prioritisation of requirements in collaboration with Product Managers and stakeholders
  • Work closely with Engineering, QA, and delivery teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and translated into actionable user stories
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives (essential)
  • Assist in defining test scenarios and supporting UAT and business sign‑off processes
  • Track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation where needed
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process or product improvement
  • Support multiple concurrent work streams across a complex, multi‑brand environment
  • Ensure requirements are fully validated, tested, and signed off prior to release
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear updates on delivery progress
Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst in a hands‑on delivery environment
  • Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments (essential)
  • Proven experience running Agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
  • Experience working across multiple work streams or complex programme environments
  • Strong requirement gathering, documentation, and process mapping skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across Product, Engineering, and QA teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to see the bigger picture
  • Experience with in Media, Publishing, or Content‑driven environments is highly beneficial
  • Comfortable working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models
  • Proactive, delivery‑focused mindset with the ability to drive clarity and progress under pressure
  • Ability to challenge constructively and ensure requirements are fully defined and signed off
