Working closely with senior leadership, the Growth team and the CEO, marketing sits at the heart of the company’s commercial strategy. With increasing momentum and a strong leadership vision, there has never been a better time to join as Marketing Manager and shape structured, consistent and commercially aligned marketing activity.

This is an operational leadership role responsible for ensuring marketing remains visible, disciplined and commercially focused. You will work closely with the CEO, Head of Growth and senior stakeholders to capture ideas, conversations and live project insights translating them into structured, forward-planned marketing output.

Responsibilities in this role include:

• Translating commercial priorities into clear marketing focus areas
• Building and maintaining forward-looking monthly marketing schedules
• Chasing inputs and approvals from senior stakeholders
• Publishing confidently without waiting for perfection
• Monitoring performance and providing clear, practical reporting
• Leading research into relevant industry events and awards

In order to be the right fit for this role, should ideally be operating in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing role within an agency, events, creative or B2B environment. You will need to be familiar with CRM, email marketing and analytics tools and have a proactive, commercially focused mindset. Someone who has exposure to CMS platforms, Canva, CRM systems (e.g. Hub Spot/Pipedrive) and nurture journeys would be advantageous.

In return, this role offers genuine progression into Senior Marketing, Head of Marketing or broader Growth leadership roles, along with the opportunity to make visible impact within a scaling business.
