Postdoctoral Research Associate in Integrated Care

This full‑time research position invites applications from individuals ready to contribute to innovative work within integrated care at the Wolfson Institute of Population Health, part of Queen Mary University of London’s Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry. The role is structured as a fixed‑term contract that enables early‑career researchers to engage deeply with interdisciplinary health research, focusing on integrated and equitable health and care systems.

Based in a vibrant academic community in London, the post offers an opportunity to work on research that bridges health services, social care and population health, collaborating with a team committed to improving outcomes for diverse communities.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should hold a relevant PhD (or be nearing submission) in a field such as health services research, social policy, public health, health and social care, integrated care systems or a related discipline. Strong academic performance and evidence of research activity consistent with doctoral‑level training is expected.

Required Expertise, Skills

Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical and research skills applicable to integrated care research, including the ability to work with complex data, conduct rigorous evaluations, and contribute to multidisciplinary research teams. Excellent communication and writing skills are essential for disseminating findings through academic publications and reports. Experience of working collaboratively across academic and health sector partners, and understanding of integrated care policy and practice contexts, will be highly valued.
