• Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring customers in alignment with adidas values.
• Collaborate with the team and drive sales by supporting merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to achieve store goals.
• Take ownership of learning by completing applicable training and applying it effectively on the shop floor.

• 1+ months working in a sports or fashion retail environment.
• Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret them to drive sales.
• Effective customer service and sales skills.
• Team player, resilient, eager to learn, and curious.
• Good communication skills in English.
