Role Description

We need Business Development Managers to join our team as we increase the size and sophistication of our sales and marketing functions. Your job will be to seek out the deals and partnerships that will have a transformational impact on our business.

You are likely to have an existing network and credibility across the property industry.

You are an expert at traversing large and complex organisations to build the right relationships. You thrive on devising new commercial models that deliver growth for our partner businesses and ourselves.

Role & responsibilities

Become an expert in the field of smart access so you can advise and educate our partners on how to improve their operations through technological improvements.

Build relationships with the large players in residential and commercial property, such as property developers, PRS, Housing Associations, Hotel groups.

Engage with our operations team to attain the accreditations and deliver on the tender processes needed to win big business.

Sell large Klevio implementations to target partners to achieve your quarterly quota.

Guide our product development based on your discovery of market opportunities.

Requirements

Strong problem-solving skills are essential. We value an intellectual approach with logical decision-making and endless curiosity.

You can’t sit back and wait to be told what to do. To thrive in our environment, you must be a “doer” who is ready to improvise. You throw yourself at a challenge with a strong work ethic, as shown by your past achievements!

You have emotional maturity and self-awareness. As a natural listener, you rapidly assimilate information from your customers and sales coach to raise your performance.

Prior experience and a contact network across the property industry is advantageous, but not essential

Degree educated to a good level or equivalent experience.
