• Act as the main point of contact for EMEA North‑related matters, including addressing and resolving operational issues.
• Provide input and feedback to the executive team on regional strategies and challenges.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a regional leadership role, with a strong track record of achieving strategic goals and driving growth and profitability.
• Proven leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the [specific industry or sector] is a plus.
