Position – Technical Advisor Sr.
This senior‑level technical leadership position is responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s cloud transformation strategy.
ResponsibilitiesCloud & Application Modernization:
- Assist in the migration and modernization of applications to Azure Cloud using best practices.
- Provide architectural direction for Power Platform solutions, enterprise integration strategies, and Azure‑native applications.
- Oversee Azure Data Factory (ADF), Data Fabric and advanced data processing architectures to support analytics and decision‑making.
- Guide teams on Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to drive automation and business productivity.
- Support the design and implementation of microservices‑based architectures and containerized workloads.
Technology Roadmap & Innovation:
- Define the application technology roadmap and identify key initiatives to improve the product.
- Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and cloud services to drive continuous innovation.
- Ensure best practices for data integration, API development, and real‑time data streaming.
Dev Ops & CI/CD Enablement:
- Collaborate with Dev Ops engineers to build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops and Git Hub Actions.
- Promote infrastructure‑as‑code (IaC) principles and automation for cloud deployments.
- Support Fin Ops initiatives to optimize cloud costs and ensure efficient resource utilization.
Technical Governance & Best Practices:
- Guide teams on security best practices, compliance, and regulatory considerations in healthcare IT.
Stakeholder Communication & Advisory:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions.
- Provide technical mentorship to development teams and support continuous learning initiatives.

- Actively support the achievement of the organization’s vision and goals.

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in cloud and enterprise architecture roles.
- Strong expertise in Azure services, Power Platform, ADF, microservices, and enterprise Dev Ops.
- Proven track record of implementing cloud migrations, modern integration frameworks, and automation strategies.
- Hands‑on experience with Terraform, containerization, API gateway, event‑driven architectures (Kafka, Event Hub).
- Solid understanding of security, compliance, and cost optimization in cloud environments.
- Proven expertise in Azure Cloud services, microservices architecture, and Dev Ops practices.
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- Microsoft Power Platform Expert.
- Azure Dev Ops Engineer Expert.
- Strong understanding of solution and enterprise architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript frameworks).
- Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code.
- Knowledge of databases, data architecture, and data modeling techniques.
- Exceptional ability to translate business requirements into technical strategies.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements in healthcare IT.
- In‑depth knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and experience working within a SAFe environment.
- Base Pay Range: $106,200 to $182,983 annually.
