Job Summary
We produce some of the most innovative, immersive music festivals and events worldwide. Our events combine state‑of‑the‑art lighting, pyrotechnics, advanced sound design, large‑scale art installations, theatrical performers and next‑generation special effects to captivate audiences and inspire unique fan interaction.
The RoleThe Site Experience Crew Member is responsible for ensuring the success of event installations by performing the technical and physical aspects related to festival production and scenic installation. The position reports to Crew Leads and Project Managers and is not a remote role.
Responsibilities- Perform the load‑in and load‑out of department equipment and elements.
- Assist with audio/lighting cabling as needed.
- Communicate event details to crew leads.
- Assist with maintenance and repair of equipment and props.
- Comply with company and OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate and care for work areas in a safe, clean manner.
- Project a professional image by working steadily, being a team player, and being responsible for personal actions.
- Safely operate various types of utility vehicles and heavy equipment with appropriate certification.
- Follow all company and department policies.
- Follow written and verbal directives.
- Use various hand and power tools.
- Identify any faulty equipment and damaged materials and report to Crew Lead or Project Manager.
- Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
- Minimum 1 year of festival, concert, tour, or production experience.
- Valid and current driver license.
- Valid and current U.S. passport.
- Ability to operate equipment such as forklift, boom lift, scissor lift (preferred but not required).
- Ability to use hand tools, saws, etc. safely.
- Highly motivated with strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of web and mobile technologies as well as two‑way radio.
- Working mobile device, preferably a smartphone.
- Must be able to lift and move objects weighing 50lbs or more.
- Ability to move, lift, stand, and work for extended periods of 10–14hours.
- OSHA
10 certification required.
Must tolerate loud noise and busy environments; may work in drastic temperature climates; must be willing to work evenings and weekends and travel to events as required to meet deadlines.
Hiring Salary RangeUSD $16.90 –$30.00 per hour.
