A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Hardware Engineer in Longmont, CO 80501. The Hardware Engineer will be working for a Major Tech Manufacturing Company and has career growth potential. • The pay for this position is $55.00 per hour - bi-weekly
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available to full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Highlights:

• Perform design and development engineering assignments related to hardware products and systems
• Develop new hardware products and improve existing products
• Conduct engineering work involving electronic design and related technical disciplines
• Research, evaluate, develop, and apply new engineering methods and processes
• Establish and conduct testing and validation routines for hardware systems
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Analyze technical performance and recommend design improvements
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and engineering records
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams throughout the product lifecycle Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of relevant hardware engineering experience required
• Strong experience in electronic hardware design and development
• Experience with testing, validation, troubleshooting, and product lifecycle management
• Ability to manage technical projects, timelines, and documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
