Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience, or 5 years with a Bachelor's degree, particularly in the manufacturing or aerospace sectors. Your ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with management is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly manage critical non-conformity issues

• Implement structured investigations utilizing 8D, Red-X

• Engage cross-functional teams throughout the resolution process

• Ensure comprehensive updates to senior leaders

• Maintain detailed quality documentation

Requirements:

• Technical degree with extensive project management experience

• Strong skills in coordination and communication

• Proficiency in PLM and problem-solving methodologies

• In-depth understanding of Six Sigma practices

• Familiarity with IT systems like SAP preferred
