Explore a dynamic NDT Inspector position with Pratt & Whitney Canada in Longueuil, Quebec. Be responsible for performing rigorous inspections and non-destructive testing in the aerospace sector.
In this NDT Inspector role, you are tasked with identifying defects in aerospace engine components. You will visually examine parts for irregularities, prepare inspection environments, and conduct both pressure and flow tests. Your ability to document findings and maintain compliance will be critical to the quality assurance process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute detailed visual inspections of aerospace parts
• Prepare and carry out fluorescent penetrant treatments
• Make necessary adjustments during flow and pressure tests
• Evaluate discrepancies using established documentation processes
• Keep comprehensive records for statistical tracking
Requirements:
• Level 2 NDT certification is an asset
• Prior industrial experience is necessary
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Independence in executing responsibilities
• Proficiency in understanding basic English terms
