Position: Linde Quality Systems Manager
Lead quality assurance initiatives as a Quality Systems Manager with Linde Canada in St-Hubert, QC. This full-time role is pivotal in overseeing compliance and enhancing safety measures across Quebec facilities.

Your expertise in quality management will guide operational standards and training effectiveness, ensuring the execution of safety protocols and internal audits. By fostering a supportive and communicative environment, you will motivate teams and maintain regulatory compliance across Linde’s Quebec operations, directly impacting the safety and engagement of employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive safety leadership and promote an inclusive workplace

• Conduct quality assurance audits and manage compliance systems

• Provide training and oversight for new employees

• Manage Joint Health and Safety Committee activities

• Develop and present statistical compliance reports for review

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in an applicable field

• Strong background in quality assurance principles and regulations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

• Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
