Contracting Coordinator Copeland Insurance Group Longview, TXJob Summary
The Contracting Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of Contracts initiated by agents/agencies and sales directors.
Work Schedule8-4:30 Monday - Friday in the Longview Office.
Primary Responsibilities- Contract Lifecycle Management:
Overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, from Insurance contract request, maintaining, and up to contract termination. - Customer Relations:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with agents and agencies ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their needs proactively. - Compliance:
Ensuring strict adherence to contracting regulations, procedures, source selection criteria, and procurement laws. - Financial:
To ensure levels are entered and assigned correctly for payment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both collaboratively and individually

- 3+ years of Data Entry
