Reporting to the Facilities & Maintenance Manager,The Automation Engineer will focus on PLC programingand Roboticprograming, automated controls&integration, and equipment troubleshooting & repairs. This rolerequiresahands-onapproachtoensureseamless operation and continuous improvement of production systems,process support, and equipment reliability.
The Engineerwillhave a high focus ontrainingmaintenance staff, helpingdeveloptraining material fortroubleshootingand preventive maintenance, and creating SOPs
- Troubleshootingcontrol circuits, including PLC, motor controls, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Maintain, repair, and perform preventive and predictive maintenance on all types of production equipment, including metal stamping, rubber molding, packaging equipment, and automation systems.
- Ability todevelop training materials and conduct hands-on training sessionsofautomated systems.
- Preferred knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Workwithmanufacturing and engineeringhelpresolve downtime, training, and continuous improvements.
- Implement continuous improvements and upgrades to existing equipment and work cells.

What You’ll Bring :- BS in Electricalor Automation Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of5years of PLC experience,programingwith
Allen Bradley systems preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of Robotics experience, preferably with FANUCrobots.
- Minimum of 5 years of Industrial Manufacturing experience.
