Position Summary

As a Customer Representative at Senox, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portion of our customer base, providing them with accurate and timely support to ensure they have a positive customer experience. You will answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, be an expert on our products and services, and promote marketing programs to help them be successful and grow their businesses along with us.

Success in this role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, problem solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of service.

Pay: $100,855 (includes base and commission)

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with customers.
  • Work closely with Senox branch operations and other sales team members to ensure that customers’ needs are met quickly and efficiently.
  • Meet regularly with customers to discuss challenges and opportunities.
  • Become an expert on Senox products and services.
  • Learn and grow your knowledge of the seamless rain gutter industry in order to provide better support to our customer base.
  • Use CRM software to maintain accurate customer records, track interactions and update account information.
  • Use business intelligence tools to analyze customer data and identify trends, providing insights and contributing to improving customer satisfaction and retention strategies.
Skills and Requirements
  • Must be self‑motivated and a self‑starter.
  • Outside sales experience is necessary. A construction background is preferred.
  • Comfortable developing and maintaining long‑term relationships with customers.
  • Willing to travel throughout the Longview area on a daily basis.
  • Service existing accounts and establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers.
  • Be able to develop a sales presentation based on the customer needs.
  • Address customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations to resolve the issue.
  • Must have basic knowledge and use of Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM, business analytics tools and PowerPoint software.
  • Experience or a willingness to become an expert on seamless rain gutters.
  • We conduct pre‑employment drug and background screenings.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a requirement.
